Shops in Montenegro could reopen on Sunday, as TV Vijesti has learned, since the Constitutional Court's decision to declare Sunday a non-working day unconstitutional will be published in the "Official Gazette" by Friday.
Traders are left to choose whether to reopen their markets on Sundays, at least until MPs vote on the amendments to the Internal Trade Act, proposed by the Europe Now Movement, which can be expected on Monday, when an extraordinary session of parliament is scheduled.
Meanwhile, the president of the country initiated a change to the Constitution to make Sunday a permanent non-working day, although five years ago, as Minister of Economy, he had a different opinion on the matter.
