The "Tunnel" case goes before the High Court in Bijelo Polje

After all the defendants in the "Tunel" affair were acquitted by the Podgorica Basic Court in October, the case is moving to the Bijelo Polje High Court.

The question is whether the second-instance decision will change the legal epilogue, or whether the eight people in the dock will be held accountable for the film-based break-in into the institutions of the system.

The prosecution is requesting that the first-instance acquittal be reviewed, while the defense claims there is no evidence.
