Despite being able to open, shops in Podgorica were still closed today. And whether Sunday will once again be closed for all shops will be discussed tomorrow at an extraordinary session of the Parliament.
Although MPs will decide on PES's amendments to the law, which provide for this, two other proposals are in play - the President's proposal to bring back Sunday as a non-working day through amendments to the Constitution, and the Social Council's proposal to make Sunday a working day during the summer and winter seasons, which must first be approved by the Government.
