Comprehensive electoral reform in Montenegro will not be implemented before the next elections, warns CDT Executive Director Dragan Koprivica.
He reminded TV Vijesti's Boje jutra that the Electoral Reform Committee, which has been working for more than two years, has held only 11 sessions and achieved limited results.
Key issues, including the regulation of the voter register, open lists, and the protection of the electoral process from external influence, remained unaddressed due to a lack of political will and committee capacity.
