And the new elections will be held, as things stand now, according to the old laws and rules, since, on the way to changing them – the Committee for Comprehensive Electoral Reform has completed its work, and stopped at number three.
They have changed so many election laws, but there has been no substantive reform regarding the voter register, open lists, local communities, and the like.
The Center for Democratic Transition, which worked on the changes with MPs, says that the electoral reform has been rigged and that it cannot happen until the end of June, when the laws cannot be changed due to next year's vote.
The Democratic Party of Socialists, however, believe that they have a better chance of introducing open lists without the Committee.
