Colors of the Morning: Has the Tax Administration been unblocked?

The Integrated Revenue Management System (IRMS) has been in use since January and was announced as a key step towards the complete digitalization of the tax system. However, instead of faster procedures, less administration and more efficient tax collection, the beginning was marked by numerous problems. From difficult application, to serious delays in company registration and processing of requests.

Is the system stable and functional today? Have the obstacles that have been holding back citizens and businesses for months been removed? What can they complete online, and what still can't? When will the Tax Administration really become the service it has been announced to be?
