Ministry of Spatial Planning: Adriatic Properties has full right to the construction of the hotel in Miločerski Park that has begun

The Ministry of Spatial Planning told Television Vijesti that the investor of the hotel resort in Miločer, the company Adriatic Properties, has full rights to the construction of the hotel, which has begun, based on documentation adopted in 2018.

According to their interpretation, urban planning solutions for this site are an integral part of the current Plan for the Coastal Area of ​​Montenegro, which makes construction applications legally unquestionable, reported Television Vijesti.

The Ministry's key argument is the investor's "acquired right", which allows him to complete the project regardless of future changes to regulations.

Although a new spatial plan for the coastal area is being prepared for 2026, it will not be able to retroactively cancel the permits already issued for the "Kraljičina plaza" hotel.

The competent inspection confirmed that the procedure was followed, thus removing doubts about the legitimacy of the application for works at this attractive location.

With this stance, the state has made it clear that there is currently no legal basis for stopping the investment in the heart of Milocer Park, but what the residents of Sveti Stefan fear remains unclear: whether apartments for sale or only hotel facilities will be built in the facility.
