Dismissals of officials that have been declared illegal by the courts are a common denominator of all governments in Montenegro, and ultimately they are paid for by the citizens.
It is not officially known how much the numerous illegal dismissals we witness every now and then will cost us. However, the civil sector believes that when added up, the damage would amount to one good project that could be implemented.
Svetlana Strugar from CCE said that they believe that this negative practice will continue in the run-up to next year's parliamentary elections.
