New investigation or case closed? Lawyers say Supreme Court should decide fate of Telekom affair

Has the "Telekom" affair definitely gone down in history, or is the investigation against Milo Đukanović and his sister Ana still continuing?

This issue has once again divided the Montenegrin judiciary.

The High Court ruled yesterday that the case is not time-barred. However, the Supreme Prosecutor's Office notes that the court extended the deadline for this case, using papers from other cases, and is demanding protection of legality. And Đukanović's legal team assesses that the Government ordered the criminal prosecution.
