After three postponements and only one hearing, the retrial of the defendants accused of the murder of security guard Ljubiša Mrdak and the robbery of the Nikšić Post Office in October 2021 continued at the Higher Court in Podgorica.
The court presented evidence and witness statements again, and scheduled the next hearing to hear an expert witness whose findings may be crucial in determining what happened on that fateful October 20th.
The representative of the Mrdak family does not expect new delays, and if there are any, he hopes that red warrants will be issued for the accused.
