Residents of the Grudska Mahala neighborhood in Nikšić will not allow a seven-story building to be built there and, if the authorities do not take action, they announce that they will begin blocking the street.
On the other hand, the investor says that he is completely clean and that the project will be completed as planned, and the locals will be sued.
