Podgorica Prosecutor's Office dismissed criminal charges filed by Ćulafić against three members of the Board of Directors of the Eco Fund

Ten months after the Minister of Ecology Damjan Ćulafić filed a criminal complaint against three members of the Board of Directors of the Eco Fund for the dismissal of Draško Boljević from the position of the Fund's director, the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica dismissed it because it considers it unfounded.

Ćulafić did not want to talk about his department's next steps in this regard, even after waiting for several days.

"These three people simply decided to embark on a legal coup."

Thus, ten months ago, Ćulafić explained why he was filing a complaint against three members of the Board of Directors of the Eco-Fund - Svetlana Drobnjak, Andrej Vučeković and Miloje Šundić, because they filed a decision to dismiss Draško Boljević and a proposal to appoint Ljubiša Konatar as the Fund's director in the archive.

Ten months later, the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica determined that Ćulafić was wrong.
