The dispute between the government and the opposition over constitutional changes in the judiciary and over who will be to blame if we lose 4,6 million euros from the Growth Plan has opened the issue of the previous spending of money from this European Union instrument, intended for candidate countries that fulfill the so-called Reform Agenda.
The European Commission warned us in May that some reforms are late, and the Ministry of European Affairs says that about a hundred more need to be implemented.
The deadline for certain reforms expires at the end of the month, and the NGO sector claims that if we do not implement them, Montenegro could be left without a total of 15 million euros.
