A few days ago, the two-month deadline expired, with which the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Heritage ordered the company "Carine", owned by businessman Čedomir Popović, to restore the filled-in beach in Baošići to its original condition.
Since this did not happen, the Administration yesterday imposed a maximum fine of five thousand euros on the company "Carine", and since Popović has not taken the necessary steps to restore the previous state, the Administration for Television Vijesti announced that they will do so.
On the other hand, Popović tells Television Vijesti that it would be an expensive and complicated process and proposes a compromise - to make the beach a little smaller, but also to arrange it, and he reiterates that everything in Baošići was built in accordance with the law and with the permits of the authorities.
