Instead of the announced protest in front of the Government, watermelon producers from Malesia are going to a meeting with the Minister of Agriculture Vladimir Joković tomorrow, with whom they will try to find a solution for the purchase of this year's crop, which is rotting in the fields.
While the original 800 tons of watermelon were halved in the July heat and a solution for purchase is being sought, producers claim that imported watermelon is being sold at markets as domestic.
