Colors of the Morning: What are the most common violations along the Montenegrin coast?

From Herceg Novi and Kotor, through Budva and Bar, all the way to Ulcinj, the summer tourist season brought a large influx of guests, but also an increased number of violations, leaving the police, prosecutor's office, and courts very busy.

Driving under the influence of alcohol and psychoactive substances, possession of narcotics, disturbing public order and violent behavior are just some of the offenses recorded this summer. Who are their most frequent perpetrators? How many fines have been issued and collected since the beginning of the summer? Are there any new trends this season and what challenges, due to the increased workload, are the judges and officers of the Budva Minor Offense Court facing?
