For more than a month and a half, the residents of the Sutomore settlement of Brca have been living with restrictions and a lack of water. While some residents receive water periodically, those who don't have even a drop are managing as best they can.

The Municipality of Bar reports that the competent services are doing everything they can to improve the situation, but that this problem is a consequence of a long-term drought and unfavorable hydrological situation.
