The trial of the members of the Democratic Front, accused of violent behavior in the Parliament, was postponed to June 7, because one of the accused, Branko Radulović, did not properly receive the court summons.
Radulović previously stated that due to health problems, he will not attend the trial until the closing arguments, and that the trial can be held in the presence of his defense attorney Dražen Medojević.
However, since Medojević did not come to the trial either, and his colleague Jugoslav Krpović informed the court that he had an urgent custody case, judge Željka Jovović postponed the trial.
Radulović, Marina Jočić, Milan Knežević and Milutin Đukanović are on trial for the incident in the Assembly hall, after the immunity of Andrija Mandić and Knežević was lifted. According to the indictment, on February 15, 2017, they insulted and assaulted DPS deputies Miodrag Vuković, Aleksandra Vuković, Miodrag Bobo Radunović and Ljuiđ Škrelja.
