Namely, AJ is suspected of the same criminal offense mentioned above, which he committed in his capacity as the executive director of the NGO "Center for Economic Prosperity" and freedom' (CEPS), acting in the name and on behalf of the designated NGO, funds in the total amount of 30.000 euros, which it received in December 2022 from the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, in accordance with the contract, and for the implementation of the project 'Social services for the elderly and promoting the concept of active aging', contrary to their purpose, during 2023, he spent it entirely for personal needs, thereby causing material damage to the budget of Montenegro in the indicated amount," the Police Directorate announced.
