GB (born in 1978) from Budva is suspected of repeatedly hitting an illegitimate woman in the presence of minor children and threatening her with the words "I will kill you, I will open your head in the middle of the police station".
In the announcement of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Kotor, it is stated that the state prosecutor suggested that GB be ordered into custody due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed criminal acts of violence in the family or in the family community.
"In the family apartment, the suspect threatened the mental and physical integrity of his common-law wife in the way that, in the presence of minor children, he gave her several blows in the area of the head and body and uttered threatening words: 'I will kill you, I will open your head in the middle of the police station.' ", it is stated in the statement of the ODT Kotor published on the website of that prosecution.
