The Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, Danilovgrad Department, fined M. D 2.000 euros for refusing to be tested for psychoactive substances.
"Namely, on January 22, 2026, the defendant, as a traffic participant, refused to undergo an appropriate analysis to check the presence of psychoactive substances in his body. By the same decision, the defendant was given 3 penalty points and a protective measure of a ban on driving a "B" category motor vehicle for a period of 4 months," said Judge Ana Bokan, spokesperson for the Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, to "Vijesti".
