North Macedonian citizen SK (42) was found guilty and fined 920 euros.
This, as confirmed to "Vijesti", is the decision of the Budva Minor Offences Court - Ulcinj department.
"Yesterday, three hours after midnight on Teuta Boulevard in Ulcinj, he was driving a car with a blood alcohol level of 1,52 per mille, as determined by a breathalyzer, thereby committing a violation of the Road Traffic Safety Act," Vijesti was told.
Also, the police officers who conducted the check determined that the citizen of North Macedonia did not have a valid driving license, and thus committed a violation of the Road Traffic Safety Law.
Based on the first violation, the Court imposed a fine of 800 euros, and based on the second violation, 120 euros.
The defendant was also given a protective measure of a three-month ban on driving a "B" category motor vehicle.
