Marina Milošević, Olivera Marković, Zorica Vujošević and Ksenija Kljajević were transported today to the Bijelo Polje General Hospital, after a passenger vehicle overturned on the regional road Sljepač Most - Pljevlja.
The hospital told "Vijesti" that four people who were admitted after the accident suffered minor injuries.
The vehicle landed in the Ljuboviđa River, and members of the Bijelo Polje Protection and Rescue Service participated in the extraction of the passengers.
As announced by the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, the accident occurred today at around 12:00, in the town of Majina Gora, on the regional road Slijepač Most - Pljevlja, when, for currently unknown reasons, a Renault Megane car veered off the roadway and overturned into the river.
The vehicle was driven by KK from the direction of Pavino Polje towards Slijepac most. The on-site investigation was conducted by the prosecutor on duty in the presence of a traffic expert and authorized police officers from the Bijelo Polje Security Department.
"In addition to passers-by who noticed the vehicle in the river, members of the Protection and Rescue Service participated in the extraction of four women," said the commander of that service in Bijelo Polje, Edin Kolić.
They were taken to the Emergency Unit of the Bijelo Polje Hospital and transported by a vehicle from the Protection and Rescue Service.
