The Higher State Prosecutor's Office (VDT) in Podgorica has filed an indictment against Lazar Vulević for a double murder committed in December last year in Nikšić.
The Podgorica Higher State Prosecutor's Office said that they have filed an indictment against Vulević for the criminal offenses of aggravated murder, blackmail, and illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.
It is stated that the indictment with the proposal for the extension of detention has been submitted to the Higher Court in Podgorica for processing.
The indictment charges Vulević with murdering MV in the apartment where they lived together on December 4th last year.
"The indictment charges the defendant with having, on December 4th last year, in the apartment where he lived with MV, led by the belief that she was the victim of an emotional relationship with MP, taken advantage of a moment when she was least expecting it and stabbed her four times in the neck, from which she died," the statement says.
It is alleged that the next day, at around eight o'clock, Vulević lured the injured party MP to the same apartment where he had previously killed MV, where he killed him by stabbing him 13 times in the stomach, back and neck.
