The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property issued a Decision prohibiting DOO "Šajo" from building a hotel on the edge of the roundabout, which separates Block V and VI."
"The urban planning and construction inspection carried out an inspection control of the supplemental documentation of the application for the construction of the hotel to the business company DOO Šajo from Podgorica and, based on the new factual situation, the construction and use permit of the roundabout, issued by the competent Secretariat of the Capital City of Podgorica, determined that the revised main project of the hotel, the built-up indices were not reduced for the missing part of the urban plot, after which a decision was made to ban construction," said the announcement of the Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, Janko Odović.
He said that for the benefit of the residents of that part of Podgorica as well as for the better organization of the planning and urban plan, he is proud of the adopted Decision.
