General Director of the Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG) Boris Raonic said that the decision of the prosecution to file an indictment against the president and members of the RTCG Council is absurd, and he also pointed to the alleged connections of the prosecutors involved in this case with criminal structures.
Raonic, in a guest appearance on TVCG, said that he will not resign until there is a final verdict on the charges presented by the prosecution.
"Or to tell you precisely, I won't these days. What I can say is that the Public Service and I personally, and all the people who make up the management and leadership structure in the Public Service, will not be shaken by this accusation of the prosecution, but on the contrary, motivate," he pointed out. Raonic.
Speaking about the Basic State Prosecutor's Office, which filed an indictment against the president and four members of the Radio-Television Council of Montenegro due to the illegal appointment of the general director, Raonic pointed out that many people, even acting prosecutors in these cases, did some illegal things.
"The prosecutors who worked on this case had close contacts with organized criminal groups in the country that will enter the EU tomorrow," said Raonic.

This, as Raonic said, will not be any change to the judicial system of Montenegro, but the exact opposite, Portal RTCG reports.
"We will insist in the coming days to point out what caused this indictment proposal by the prosecution and what is behind it," said Raonic.
The structures in the prosecutor's office, assesses Raonic, are still not aware of where we are today.
"There were many indictments that came to nothing. Unfortunately, there are still today many young people who are talented and intelligent, and who will listen to a manager to do a certain thing and not be held accountable for it. We have prosecutors who knowingly enter into a process that does not exist chances to succeed. There is no chance that any court will confirm this indictment. Today, we have young prosecutors who, on the recommendation of some managers, will act that way," Raonic said, adding that they will be held accountable.
Here, as he says, five people were targeted.
"These are the former rector of the University, an academic, a man who ennobles Montenegro and a winner of the Thirteenth of July Award. There is a man who created the most successful sports newsroom. There is a colleague, Emina, and a young lawyer, a man who has the strictest code of ethics in Montenegro. And then he came some young individual, to whom a manager from some other structures whispers what to do, but everyone will have to answer - believe me," emphasized Raonic.
He says that he will constantly mention what was done by whom.
"We will live, and I will remind everyone who did what. At the end of 2024, you put the best that Montenegro has on the pillar of shame. Their names are circulating in the media," Raonic announced tonight on TVCG.
He reminded that members of the RTCG Council voted according to the court's decision.
"You have a court decision, legally binding, based on the lawsuit of Nikola Marković, which says that a new director can be chosen from all the candidates, including me. The council works as a collective body, according to the court's verdict, and makes a decision," Raonic pointed out.
These are big things, says Raonic.
"It's one thing to file a criminal complaint. But if you knowingly get into something, and there isn't a legal expert I spoke with in the previous period who didn't tell me that this is foolishness," Raonic emphasized.
The information was published on a private media before it was officially published, which is intriguing, Raonic says.
Raonic pointed out that he did not answer the question about submitting his resignation so directly because he wanted to preserve his position, his position or to solve some other issues.
"I am accomplished both existentially and professionally. The act of resignation is not unknown to me. I used to be a member of the Management Board of Pobjeda when it was a state-owned enterprise. Then I came with the aim of abolishing the spitting texts and influencing financial stability. I am also probably a historical record holder in Montenegro because I resigned after 24 hours, when I saw that the other members of the Supervisory Board had no intention of solving these problems final verdicts," says Raonic.
He accused "Vijesti" of launching attacks on the Public Service after the failed attempt to turn state television into a tool for blackmail.
