Most of the Budva area was briefly without power tonight.
The power went out at 21.30:10 p.m., and XNUMX minutes later, the Old Town, the bypass, and other city neighborhoods regained power.
As announced by the Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System (CEDIS), due to a failure on the "Budva-Dubovica" transmission line, most of Budva, which is powered by the "Dubovica" substation, was left without electricity last night at around 21.06:XNUMX p.m.
"Immediately after the failure, alternative power supply to users was initiated via the 10 kV side from Lazi and Rozina. In the period from 21:29 to 21:32, the branch of the KB "Budva–Rozino" went out due to overload, so users who are powered from the "Rozina" substation were briefly left without power," CEDIS pointed out.
As they state, all users are supplied with alternative electricity until 22 p.m.
"We would like to note that users who are powered by the 'Bečići', 'Miločer' and 'Lazi' substations were not left without power. At 22 p.m., users of 'Vodeni grad' also received power," the statement concludes.
