Slavica Maslovar, the former financial director of HG "Budvanska rivijera", has been appointed as the new acting director of this largest hotel company in Montenegro, majority owned by the state.
This was confirmed to "Vijesti" by Zoran Miljanić, a member of the Board of Directors of the "Budvanska rivijera" company.
The Board of Directors previously dismissed Jovan Gregović, the leader of the Budva branch of the Democratic People's Party, from the position of director.
With this, Milan Knežević's DNP, after reducing its support for the Milojko Spajić government, lost a key function in the tourism metropolis.
Incidentally, Maslovar is a long-time official of Democratic Montenegro, and holds a degree in economics.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro.
Before becoming the financial director of HG Budvanska rivijera, she successfully worked as the secretary of the Secretariat for Economy of the Municipality of Budva, and before that she worked in the banking sector - Komercijalna banka and CKB, as well as the marketing director at Rokšped.
