Aleksandar Slabiđoreski is the new executive director of AD "Luka Bar" and Dušan Masoničić remains at the head of the Board of Directors of the company, which is majority state-owned.
This was announced by the "Port of Bar" and added that the previous acting executive director, Ilija Pješčić, as well as the previous members of the Board of Directors, were dismissed from their duties at a regular meeting held today.
A new Board of Directors has been appointed, consisting of Aleksandar Slabiđoreski, Nikola Vojvodić, Dušan Masoničić, Violeta Krgović and Nataša Perović.
Aleksandar Slabiđoreski is the new executive director of "Luka Bar" AD, for a four-year term, while the other four members are non-executive directors.
"Slabiđoreski is a graduate economist, with many years of experience in managing and supervising business activities in the port system, logistics and the Free Zone," the Port of Bar said.
At the constitutive session of the Board of Directors held after the Shareholders' Meeting, Dušan Masoničić was unanimously elected president of that body.
"He congratulated the newly elected members of the Board of Directors, wished them luck in their work and expressed hope that 'Luka Bar' AD will continue the trend of positive and successful business. He also thanked the company's previous management structure for the exceptional cooperation, thanks to which significant business successes have been achieved," the company's statement concluded.
In addition, at today's Shareholders' Meeting, in accordance with the established Agenda, the Statute of 'Luka Bar' AD, the Rules of Procedure of the Shareholders' Meeting, Information on the valuation of real estate, plant and equipment as of December 31, 2025, the Annual Financial Statements, the Business Report and the Management Report of 'Luka Bar' AD for 2025, with the Auditor's Report, the Decision on covering part of the loss of previous years from the undistributed profit of previous years and the Report on the work of the Board of Directors of 'Luka Bar' AD were adopted.
