OK - if we ignore the fact that with Nikola Mirkovi's coming to power - back in 1860 - it is unlikely that a "more peaceful and stable period" will begin - quite the opposite - and the fact that Slavko is not interested in the development of settlements - or cities - among which there would be a couple of very serious cities if someone were to start looking for them - cities that at the time of Nikola Mirkovi's coming to power were located outside the territory (internationally unrecognized at that time) of Montenegro - or in the territories of the Ottoman Empire and the Habsburg Monarchy - and today, by chance, are located on the territory of the state most dear to all of us, Montenegro (Milo's Montenegro - strictly within the AVNOJ borders) - and the fact that Nikola Mirkovi's Montenegro was internationally recognized only in 1878 (at the Berlin Congress - until then it formally and legally belonged to the Ottoman Empire) - if, therefore, we start from the conclusion that the "urban development of settlements" on the territory of Montenegro does begin at some point - we will later try to precisely determine what that exact moment was - then We are also obliged to state that the "urban development of settlements" on the territory of Montenegro ended in the second half of 2006 - when the black trio - Trio Fantastikus - consisting of: Minister Gvozdimir, Professor Rale from Belgrade and, fanfare please: Svetislav Gavrilovič! - took decisive steps towards the absolute devastation of all areas belonging to the Municipality of Budva - and, consequently, towards the absolute degradation of the Montenegrin planning and urban planning profession (defunct).
The tragic processes that took place in Budva in the second half of the first decade of the 21st century - directed by the Trio Fantastikus - and immediately afterwards in other attractive locations on the territory of Montenegro - lead to the ultimate consequences. Sweetie i Slaven these days - again with the help of the inevitable Svetislav Gavrilovič - in the episodic role of the first (and last) Montenegrin planner and urbanist - and with the innovated Draft of Amendments and Supplements to the Spatial and Urban Plan of the Capital City of Podgorica - so that the aforementioned Aunt Slavujka would not be wrong when she states (in the next issue) that the urban development of settlements on the territory of Montenegro has finally become meaningless with the coming to power of Milojko - when Slaven is given the opportunity to definitely put the profession (which has been extinguished) aside - and when, accordingly, "a more peaceful and stable period begins" - a period of unclouded exaltation - of comprehensive happiness and joy in the space of Montenegro, our mother, glory and grace to her...

Joking aside, Slavenko stated - in the Parliament of Montenegro - in the highest legislative and constitutional body in Montenegro - in the continuation of the Third Session of the Second Regular Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in the current year - on the 12th day - December 16, 2024 - that the innovated Draft of Amendments to the Spatial and Urban Plan of the Capital City of Podgorica - the Draft of the SPA that he did not even look at - still corrected some tragic injustices from the past period - which is not so important - but it is important that Slaven let us know that from now on - Milojko and he decide on all issues related to the valorization of space on the territory of Milojko's Montenegro.
If you don't believe me - ask Svetislav Gavrilovich - and if you plan to valorize - the smartest thing to do is to immediately stand in line in front of Slaven's office.
It would not be a bad idea, while we are at it, to add an article to the Draft Law on Spatial Planning (with a report from the public debate) - which Milojko's Government adopted at its 62nd session, held on December 19, 2024 - which would allow Slaven to (at Milojko's suggestion - it would be more of a friendly request than a suggestion - and with Milojko's obligatory blessing) make all decisions concerning the (im)planning of the space of Montenegro, our mother - and especially actions aimed at valorizing the spatial resources of this unfortunate little state - and that outside of plans - unexpectedly - at lunch - when Slaven closes his eyes.
Really, what use do we have for plans, laws (three to five pieces) and the profession (defunct) - what use do we have, in the end, for the Faculty of Architecture - when we have Milojko, Slaven and Svetislav Gavrilovič...
It does not surprise me, to be completely honest (if you allow me) - that comrade Noci, president of the Professional Chamber of Young Architects - many young, many cute - and equally young and equally cute architects - is willing to endure abuse from comrades Milojko and Slaven - if we know that comrade Srlo, president of the Assembly of the IKCG - in the function of the so-called corrective factor on the ground - who is always ready to raise his always ready strike force - his ten neighbors - ten falcons from Beogradska Street in Podgorica - but only in case of extreme necessity - if comrades Milojko, Slaven and the indispensable Svetislav Gavrilovič - really get mad.

My text from the day before last (As if the profession does not exist, January 4) did not receive a single comment (I don't mean the comments under the text on the Vijesti portal, I mean the direct comments in the inbox type: I read, cry and laugh...) - which threw me into deep despair - I even thought about withdrawing from the public - but after my text last Saturday (When someone is ready for anything, January 11) a terrifying avalanche of comments and the most incredible information about Svetislav Gavrilovič's recent connections - such as: the reconstruction of the Museum in Bijelo Polje - aside from some PUPs and some so-called arbitrations related to that - and directly to the inbox - which is to say that the public - both lay and professional (extinct) - expects the continuation of the saga about Svetislav Gavrilovič's actions.
I propose, in that name, that Aunt Slavica form a working group (under the auspices of CANU, if possible) that would exclusively deal with the activities of Svetislav Gavrilovič - and that would periodically publish the collected research material - primary and secondary - and I, for my part, would limit myself exclusively to constructive comments - because if I were to go into (grim) details - I simply have, if you forgive me, neither the will, nor the strength (especially mental) - nor the time...
