The opening of the exhibition "Recent Phenomena from Modern to Contemporary" will be held today at 18 pm at the Local History Museum in Pljevlja.

The exhibition presents a carefully selected selection of 40 works from the rich collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Montenegro, which includes more than 1100 items.

The exhibition was conceived by the curators Maja Dedic i Nikolina Zuber, with the aim of highlighting the diversity of styles, techniques and individual expressions, but also to show how local artistic expressions reflect global tendencies.

"The works of eminent Montenegrin artists provide a chronological overview of artistic trends in Montenegro during the 20th and 21st centuries, offering a unique opportunity to explore key directions in modern and contemporary art," the statement said.
