Democratic Montenegro told the Social Democratic Party that after "all the frauds", and especially after all the events in Kotor and the dismissal of the President of the Municipality Vladimir Jokić, that "there is no honest and true opposition member" who can "believe them in anything, let alone cooperate with you , to sit at the same table and agree on something".
They responded to SDP's allegations that Bečić should "look for UDBE collaborators in the nearest surroundings or to question Jonica".
"We see that they were most upset in the SDP because we stated that the UDBA is anyone who would replace the opposition presidents of municipalities in Montenegro. They were upset even though that statement, in our statement, did not even refer to the SDP, although it's not that they didn't give a reason to relate. We leave it to the public to draw conclusions about the further implications of this upset in the SDP".
Democrats also state that the "nervousness" of the leader of the SDP and the leader of that party, Ranko Krivokapić, is "understandable".
"Because Democratic Montenegro has completely deconstructed their comedy in three acts. That this farce has been completely stripped and dismantled is confirmed by the massive attendance of people who tell us that they have not seen a cheaper fraud than this for a long time. It is clear: the director of this comedy is Ranko Krivokapić. During the division of roles, there was nepotism, so in the first act, Krivokapić's wife, Tena Božović, a member of the SDP, initiates the overthrow of the opposition government and the dismissal of Jokić, the first to sign the initiative and go from member to member of the DPS in order to collect signatures for the same initiative. In the second act, the wife becomes a secondary character, remaining, allegedly, abstaining during the dismissal of Jokić, while the two remaining SDP councilors voted that, after the session (need to remind?) all three, led by Ranko's wife, toasted with whiskey with DPS officials, celebrating the illegal dismissal of Jokić and the overthrow of the opposition government. Ranko's wife, stayed with the short-term? Really, how did the SDP conclude who intended to cooperate with the DPS in the long term, and who in the short term, when at that table where they were toasting and drinking whiskey among the councilors of the SDP and the DPS, no one could see the difference?", states the reaction of the Democrats.
They asked yesterday's coalition partners in Kotor and whether they think "that anyone can believe in this insult to the intelligence of the citizens of Montenegro?"
"You asked for a referendum, then you ran away from it, you asked for the president of the Assembly to interrupt the session, so you tricked her and stayed in the hall to overthrow the opposition government, together with the DPS. Then you wanted to blame everything on two councilors, but you the photo of the celebration with whiskey with the DPS plumes totally finished it off. You are a weak director, Krivokapić. Everything you and the SDP have done during these few weeks in Kotor can be summed up in one word: fraud, full stop".
The Democrats told the SDP that "after so many frauds" that "an honest oppositionist can hardly believe them".
"We no longer believe you even when you say that the sea is blue, let alone when you try to justify what cannot be justified, and that, as we have already stated, is nothing more than an attempt to smuggle the shameful procedure of handing over Kotor into the hands of DPS in a package with the allegedly disobedient actions of one councilor. When it comes to Jonica, the fact is that the Democrats have never asked her for anything, we have no communication with her, which could not be said for Krivokapić, especially bearing in mind that these days it is Jonica that he does not leave his wife without a position in the Port of Kotor. At the same time, he probably puts his hopes in the experience he has with Jonica when she did not vote for his removal from the position of the President of the Assembly. And he has something to complain about to someone. It's sad that it couldn't be sadder. At least not until the next act of the comedy del Ranko," concluded the reaction of the Democrats.
