According to unofficial results based on 90,02 percent of votes counted from the Democratic election headquarters, the list "European Alliance - The Best You Can - SD, SDP, LP and Citizens" won 3,36 percent of the votes (1 mandate), the list "URA - Different - Dr. Dritan Abazović" won 3,57 percent (1 mandate), "Bokeški Forum - Our New for Our Boka" won 1,23 percent (0 mandates), and the list "For the Future of Herceg Novi and Boka (New Serbian Democracy, Democratic People's Party, True Montenegro and United Montenegro)" won 12,62 percent (5 mandates).
The list "Stevan Katić - We Know Each Other by Deeds" won 31,77 percent of the votes (12 seats), "DPS - Herceg Novi - The City We Need" won 15,04 percent (5 seats), "Herceg Novi First - SNP Herceg Novi" won 2,17 percent (0 seats), the Civic Movement for Herceg Novi "Idemooo" won 4,54 percent (1 seat), and "Novska Lista - Our City, Our Ship" won 25,71 percent of the votes (10 seats).
25.603 residents of Herceg Novi had the right to vote in the local elections in Herceg Novi.
