Minister of Public Administration Maraš Dukaj announced that he will respond to the invitation for a control hearing in the Parliament of Montenegro.
Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) MP Nikola Milović announced yesterday that he will file criminal charges against the Mayor of Kotor, Vladimir Jokić, and the President of the Kotor Municipal Assembly (MA), Vojin Batuta, due to the current situation in Kotor, but also that he will request a control hearing of the Minister of Public Administration (MPA), Maraš Dukaj.
"I do not recognize any reason why, regarding the situation in the municipality of Kotor, the esteemed MP Milović would initiate a control hearing of me as a minister. Although I think that the Parliament has more important work to do, I will gladly respond to the invitation, because I have a lot to professionally communicate to both the opposition and the government, since the Ministry of Public Administration has long proposed solutions to all the problems that are happening today. Here is an opportunity to remind them all together, and for the public to hear the occasional institutional voice in addition to the political one," Dukaj wrote on the X network.
