In the action of the Serbian and German police, at least 30 people were arrested, whom the police suspect of participating in the smuggling of 303 kilograms of cocaine, 96 kilograms of cannabis and 106 kilograms of hashish, Minister Nebojsa Stefanović announced, writes "Blic".
The seized drugs are worth around 20 million euros. The minister said that the investigation lasted 13 months, and that arrests were made in several cities in Serbia. A part of those arrested lived on the territory of Germany and therefore cooperation with their police was necessary.
"This is a serious blow to the organized cartels," says Stefanović.
303 kilograms of cocaine, cannabis, 106 kilograms of hashish were seized, and seven narcotics laboratories were discovered.
Stefanović points out that the leader of this group is JJ (33) from Belgrade, who was arrested on Tuesday, and who is also the leader of the fans.
Stefanović adds that a large quantity of weapons was also seized during this operation.
A warrant has been issued for MP, DS and JV. They are suspected of distributing drugs in Serbia. Two couriers who were carrying several kilograms of different narcotics were also arrested. Drugs were confiscated from them on the territory of Serbia and Hungary.
Minister Nebojša Stefanović announced at the press conference that the police arrested the leaders of the fans from Belgrade, then 11 people from "Kolubara" suspected of theft, while two rapists were arrested in Šabac and Bogatic, one of whom is also suspected of pimping a girl from 16 years.
- A person who is suspected of preparing the liquidation of two brothers was also arrested - said Stefanović, stating that in the last action to suppress crime and corruption, 15 people were arrested and charged with insurance fraud, while those arrested in the "Armageddon" action four people.
