Special Kosovo prosecutor Sile Hodža said that the Kosovo police, in cooperation with the Special Prosecutor's Office, is working to determine the role of the vice-president of the Serbian List, Milan Radoičić, in the case of the murder of the leader of the Civic Initiative "Freedom, Democracy, Justice" Oliver Ivanović.
He told Insider (insajder.net) that the Prosecution cannot publish evidence of Radoičić's involvement in the murder because the case is in the investigative phase.
"The Office of the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo works on the basis of applicable laws, gathering evidence and facts for each case it works on," said Hoxha.
