Davor Dragičević, the father of the murdered young man David Dragičević from Banja Luka, announced his demands that the institutions of the Republika Srpska should fulfill in connection with the murder of his son, announcing that, otherwise, the citizens would on Sunday, when the large rally "Justice for David" was announced , stay at Trg Krajine.
Dragičević announced on the Facebook page of the "Justice for David" group that he is giving the institutions a deadline to fulfill the demands until 18 p.m. on December 30, warning that if this does not happen, the citizens will not leave Trg Krajina.
He added that the Chairman of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik, the President of the RS Željka Cvijanović, all members of the MUP of the RS and the Prosecutor's Office of the RS will bear sole responsibility for everything else that happens after that moment.
He stated that the resignations of the Minister of Internal Affairs Dragan Lukač, the director of the Police of the RS Darko Ćulum, the head of the Directorate for Organized Crime of the MUP of the RS Darko Ilić, the pathologist and head of the Institute of Forensic Medicine of the RS Željko Karan, the chief district prosecutor Želimir Lepir and Dalibor Vreća, acting prosecutor in the case of the murder of David Dragičević.
Dragičević stated that their resignations are being sought "because of their involvement in illegal acts of preventing the proof and concealment of the murder of his son David Dragičević, in order to protect the institutions of the RS."
"Obviously, Lukač and the others no longer enjoy the support of their associates, citizens, and according to our knowledge, a good part of the police is not for them. In the interest of the citizens, I will insist that all of the above resign, because they did this on purpose in order to steal time and help the murderers ", wrote Davor Dragicevic.
According to him, their resignations are requested "for moral reasons", while their criminal responsibility should be determined by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Dragićević further requested that Filip Ćulum, a young man whom the late David wrote in a message to a friend on the night of his disappearance, that "he will be responsible if something happens to him", as well as Đorđe Rađen, the owner of a house in the Lauš neighborhood, be arrested by the start of the rally on Sunday. , which, according to the original police version, David robbed before his death.
David's father also requested the arrest of crime technicians Zoran Bošnjak and Mikica Marjanac, as well as inspector Siniša Kojdić, who allegedly lost the deceased young man's underwear during the investigation after his lifeless body was found on March 24.
The underwear could be one of the key pieces of evidence as to how the young man was killed.
Davor Dragičević is also demanding the arrest of inspector Bojan Karanović, as well as surveillance measures over all the participants of the RS MUP press conference on March 26, at which his son was criminalized and labeled as a drug addict, which later turned out to be incorrect.
"By the very act of my arrest, David's mother Suzana, people who are close to us, on December 25, as well as the circumstances that led to that act, it is clear to me, and to all the people who stood behind me and my murdered son David Dragičević, what are their intentions. I say clearly and loudly that I will neither allow nor permit that," wrote Davor Dragićević.
He emphasized that "they killed his child and that he will stand in front of the people who support him".
"If necessary in that fight, I will give my life first for David Dragičević Đakac and for the people who stand behind me and my son," stated Davor Dragičević.
He stated that the "Justice for David" group showed peace and dignity for more than ten months, and that the only response from the institutions was that of December 25, "when they tried in an illegitimate and illegal way to kill us and destroy us." .
"The whole world has seen the excessive use of force against the bare-handed people, women, children and innocent citizens of this country," wrote Davor Dragičević.
In addition to the images of violence that went around the world, he added, police brutality reached its peak inside the police station, out of the public eye, "where people were exposed to physical and psychological abuse, which the Minister of Police denies."
"I will not allow myself to be killed and liquidated like my late son David Dragičević, and the only thing left for me, and the people around me, is to go to the end in this fight," said Dragičević.
