The leader of the Alliance for a Better Future and the former Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fahrudin Radončić, and three other persons have been indicted for several criminal acts, announced the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Charges were also brought against Bakir Dautbašić, Šahman Bilsena and Zijad Hadžijahić.
They are accused of, among other things, organizing and becoming members of an organized group led by Radončić, and by mutual agreement, as well as related actions, in the period from 14.12.2015. until 12.01.2016. year, committed a number of criminal acts.
Radončić is charged with the criminal offense of Association for the purpose of committing criminal offences, obstructing the work of the judiciary and giving rewards and other forms of benefit for influence peddling, while Dautbašić Bakir and Zijad Hadijahić are charged with the same offences, while Šahman Bilsena is charged with the offense of association and obstruction of justice.
