Fahrudin Radončić handed over to the BiH Prosecutor's Office

Fahrudin Radončić, the president of the Alliance for a Better Future, who is suspected of the criminal offense of obstructing the work of the judiciary, was handed over to the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina after criminal processing at SIPA.

The acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina should propose measures against Radončić to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina after today's examination, and the decision will be made after the hearing scheduled for tomorrow.

Radončić was arrested yesterday in Hadžići by members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), acting on the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

"The said suspect is under investigation and is suspected of the criminal offense of obstructing the work of the judiciary (Article 241 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina)," stated the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

The president of SBB is still in SIPA, which has the right to detain him for 24 hours, after which he will be handed over to the BiH Prosecutor's Office. The Prosecutor's Office previously stated that they have enough evidence to support their suspicions.

As reported by N1, in front of the building of the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, there are numerous journalist teams waiting to bring Radončić to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the acting prosecutor will question him as a suspect.

Radončić was arrested as part of Action "Puppet 2" for obstructing justice, that is, putting pressure on witnesses in the case of the process being conducted in Kosovo against Naser Keljmendi.

Namely, in her testimony, the witness Azra Sarić, who was in a relationship with the murdered Ramiz Delalić, said that she was pressured not to mention Fahrudin Radončić in her testimony against Naser Keljmendi in the case of Ramiz Delalić's murder.

As part of the same action, SBB officers Bakir Dautbašić and Bilsena Šahman were arrested and are in one-month custody.

As lawyer Vasvija Vidović confirmed for N1v, SIPA will continue investigations in this case today.
