The results of the "Business Barometer" survey showed that Serbia is the most popular market for investment and trade, while Croatia and Kosovo are at the bottom of the list.
The research, based on a survey of entrepreneurs from the countries of the region, revealed that more than half of the surveyed Serbian entrepreneurs would recommend their country to foreign investors, Tportal reported.
For the sake of comparison, only a third of Croatian respondents would recommend Croatia, while entrepreneurs from Kosovo rated their market the best.
What is common to all markets in the region is low legal certainty, according to the interviewed entrepreneurs, who warn that every serious investor runs away from it regardless.
