Davor Dragičević, the father of the murdered young man David Dragičević from Banja Luka, accused the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik, and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska, Dragan Lukač, of covering up his son's murder.
"You killed my child, you are preparing prison and liquidation for me. Peace and dignity no longer have a purpose or meaning in my life. I will go my way, for my student, to the end," wrote Davor Dragičević in a statement published on his Facebook page. "Justice for David".
He repeated his claim that the top of the MUP "is behind the brutal murder" of David Dragičević, as well as prosecutors Dalibor Vrećo, Želimir Lepir, Miodrag Bajić and Mladen Mitrović.
"Dodik and Lukač are directly responsible for me," said Davor Dragičević, who has been in an unknown location since December 30 last year.
He assessed that "the liquidation of David Dragičević is underway in who knows what order", adding that this was also confirmed by today's session of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJSC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The President of the Supreme Court of Justice, Milan Tegeltija, will today inform the members of this institution about the "Dragicevic" case, i.e. the meeting he held on December 28 last year with the chief prosecutor of the RS Prosecution Mahmut Švrak and the chief prosecutor of the Banjaluka District Public Prosecutor's Office Želimir Lepir.
"You can only kill me and nothing more, I will go to the end. My child and I will never get justice from these institutions. But I will get it, for you my son, for you my dear, I will go to the end," wrote Davor Dragičević .
He was last seen on December 30 last year, after the large gathering "Justice for David" and a protest walk through the streets of Banja Luka, when all traces of him were lost.
The RS MUP banned all public gatherings of the "Justice for David" group, which held meetings on Krajina Square every day from March 26 to December 30, and a criminal complaint was filed against Davor Dragičević for "calling for a violent change in the constitutional order of the Republic of Srpska." .
Members of the "Justice for David" group, as well as the citizens of Banja Luka who are seeking the truth about the death of David Dragičević, continued to gather every evening at the gate of the Church of Christ the Savior in Banja Luka and light candles for the murdered young man.
David Dragičević disappeared on March 18, and his body was found on March 24 at the confluence of the Crkvena and Vrbas rivers near Kastel fortress.
The police initially claimed that the death was accidental, and the Prosecutor's Office later launched an investigation into the young man's murder.
The parents of David Dragičević claim that he was kidnapped, tortured and eventually killed by members of the RS MUP.
