The payment of severance pay to former workers of Aluminij Mostar should begin by the end of the year, announced the President of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nermin Nikšić.
After the session of the Government of the Federation in Mostar, Nikšić said that the Government considered the information on the implementation of the conclusions of July 10, which refer to the compensation of former workers who were on the list of Aluminij Mostar on December 31, 1991.
The Minister of Finance of the Federation, Ante Krajina specified that the payment should start on December 15, and that it will go according to the order in which people applied and submitted requests, reports Nezavisne novine.
Krajina stated that everything should be agreed with the Aluminij management, but that all fees should be paid by the end of next year.
After the competition, the Government of the Federation gave preliminary approval to the proposal for the appointment of candidates for members of the Supervisory Board of Aluminij Mostar, representatives of the state capital.
According to information from the Government, these are former members Mladen Alpeza and Mehmed Jahić and new member Mirsad Mujić.
