The Basic Court in Pristina has issued an arrest warrant for Milan Radoičić, one of the suspects in the case of Oliver Ivanovic's murder, Pristina media reports.
Prosecutor Sulj Hodža said that, when he enters Kosovo, Radoičić will be arrested by the competent authorities, reports RTS.
"Yes, the Special Prosecutor's Office asked the Basic Court in Pristina, the Special Department for Serious Crimes, to issue an arrest warrant for Milan Radoičić," said Hodža.
Last November, the police tried to arrest Radoičić in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica, but did not find him in his apartment.
In the same action, three Serbs were arrested and ordered to be held in judicial custody until February 23.
The president of the Civic Initiative "Freedom, Democracy, Justice" Oliver Ivanović was killed on January 16 last year in front of the party's headquarters in northern Kosovska Mitrovica.
