The owner of Delta Holding Miroslav Mišković, his son Marko and the owner of Nibens Group Milo Đurašković returned their passports to the court deposit of the Special Court in Belgrade.
Mišković deposited 12 million euros in cash, as a guarantee that he will not flee the country while the court proceedings are ongoing, while Marko Mišković and Milo Đurašković gave real estate guarantees in the amount of 3,2 million euros and 3,7 million euros, radio Slobodna reports. Europe.
Criminal proceedings are being conducted against the three of them and eight other suspects due to accusations that they damaged road companies in Serbia for several million euros.
The next trial is scheduled for November 17, and so far it has been postponed several times due to a two-month strike by lawyers.
