The owner of "Delta Holding" Miroslav Mišković and his son Marko, judge Vladimir Vučinić returned their passports and canceled the ban on leaving the country, reports B92.
The trial of the owner of "Delta Holding" Miroslav Mišković, his son Marko, the owner of "Nibens Group" Milo Đurašković and eight others accused of having damaged road companies with abuses, for the damage of the road since last spring, was postponed yesterday in the Special Court in Belgrade due to the lawyers' strike.
The next trial is scheduled for November 17, 18 and 19.
Mišković is accused of damaging the state and road companies for more than 17 billion dinars.
