Milan Radoičić, the vice-president of the Serbian List, addressed the public with a statement regarding the speculation about his whereabouts and published a video of security cameras showing ROSU members entering his building in the early hours of the morning.
"I was not the closest friend of Oliver Ivanobić, but I am not a murderer and I have nothing to do with his murder," stated Radoičić.
Radoičić said that "the last villainous incursion by the police, but actually by the private guards of notorious Albanian terrorists, into northern Kosovo's Mirovica, was a demonstrative exercise and a threat to every Serb who decides to defend his dignity and right to life," reports RTS.
"They came to my apartment, where I live with my wife and small children, with an army of armed men, with only one goal - to kill me. And I received clear evidence for that," Radoičić said in the statement.
"I will not surrender to them, because I do not want to be used as a stuffed doll to show those who are waging a special war against Serbia and the Serbian people or an instrument in covering up someone's heinous and criminal attack on one of the Serbian political leaders, Oliver Ivanovic, especially because they are not came to take me away alive," the statement said.
According to him, Prishtina wants to remove him because they know that he, along with his friends and brothers, is "one of the few who is ready to oppose them in their intention to trample and conquer the north of Kosovo and Metohija and subjugate the Serbian people."
"They are bothered by the resistance we offer in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, but they will not force me to leave the province. And when my country of Serbia calls me to give any testimony, I am always ready to respond, just as I am ready to fight for it. For my people , my family and my country, I am ready to put up with everything, but I have not and will not accept being slandered and accused by those who were paid for it by the Americans and the British," said Radoičić.
As he adds, the "savage demonstration of force, which was not at all impressive", was the last act in the attempt to criminalize the entire Serbian people in Kosovo and an attempt to blunt and discredit any resistance of the Serbs to the "anti-civilization actions of Pristina".
"My fate as a slandered and persecuted man is today the fate of every Serb in Kosovo and Metohija, because all of us together in these difficult times are fighting for the collective survival of the Serbian people in areas where many want us to be gone, and with this statement I address above all my fellow citizens and compatriots in Kosovo and Metohija," Radoičić pointed out.
He stated that he is not afraid, as he says, neither should his fellow citizens be afraid, because "Serbia is a serious country, and it will take the wisest, most decisive and most responsible steps to save its people in Kosovo and Metohija."
"If the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija ask where I am, I will only tell them that I am close, and that I am waiting and watching, because none of us can retreat, and in the end, without any doubt, the victory will be ours. Because from here, with KiM, there is no going back," concluded Radoičić.
