KFOR removes the barricade near Brnjak, the Serbs install a new one

This morning, around eight o'clock, KFOR soldiers began the operation to remove the barricade that was placed on the main road Ribariće - Zubin Potok on the administrative line near the Brnjak crossing.

French and German soldiers remove wood with chainsaws, and remove earth with shovels, while Serbs fill new quantities of earth with excavators.

A small number of Serbs tried to protect the barricade, which was over two meters high, but the KFOR soldiers pushed them out and created a "living wall", that is, a cordon in front of the barricade. During the push between the citizens and the soldiers, one of the KFOR members used pepper spray.

Before starting the action, the soldiers removed the Serbian tricolor that was placed on the barricade.

While one is being removed, the Serbs are setting up another barricade just a few meters away from the old one.

KFOR soldiers are standing in a cordon with complete equipment for breaking up demonstrations.
