The House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) confirmed the new composition of the federal government for the next four-year mandate, and the newly appointed prime minister is Nermin Nikšić from the Social Democratic Party, reports Mina.
The new composition of the federal government was confirmed on Thursday evening, at an extraordinary session in Sarajevo.
The new members of the cabinet took the oath, and Nikšić said that he will be the prime minister at the service of all citizens and contribute to the new government being the most efficient so far.
"I believe in a positive scenario and that progress is possible. I believe that with joint work, fair distribution of the burden of the crisis, decisive reforms, good social and economic policy, we can make a much-needed step forward," he said.
As he said, that is why he accepted the candidacy for the position of prime minister.
