Member of the European Parliament Doris Pak called for the establishment of government in BiH as soon as possible, stating that the stagnation in the formation is a consequence of ethnic issues.
"You are not Belgium, you cannot afford the luxury of not having a government, because Belgium has a well-established administration," Pak said.
She pointed out that the politicians should reach an agreement on the coalition and on how to lead Bosnia and Herzegovina towards the EU more quickly.
Pak believes that the blame for the failure to establish government in BiH should not be sought in the international community, that is, in the high representative who made the decision on temporary financing of the Federation of BiH (FBiH), but in domestic politicians.
As reported by the local media, she admitted that the international community in Bosnia and Herzegovina is not without sin and that many opportunities that should have been used were missed in the past four years.
Pak is of the opinion that domestic forces should take responsibility for building democracy.
She leads the delegation of the European Parliament's Committee for Culture and Education, which is attending the "Sarajevo Winter" festival.
