Two days after NIN, the cover of the newspaper Danas was in the crosshairs of the authorities in Serbia, writes the portal of Television N1.
On it is a caricature illustrating a text about threats of legal action for writing about the Krušik affair.
The warning of GIM's lawyer also arrived at the address of N1 television, among other things, due to the disclosure of details about GIM's business, for which, they say, there was no justified public interest.

The editor of Danas sees this move as an attempt by GIM to silence or edit the newspaper.
During that time, the authorities reacted loudly to the caricature on the cover, writes N1.
The story about the business of the arms sales company GIM was once again put on the back burner by a front page.
It is not cropped, but drawn. And it is not literal, but ironic, because it is a caricature.
"It is unbelievable that these people who have so many diplomas do not understand what irony is. Irony is that when you look at a drawing or a message, it is always the opposite of what you literally see," explains the author of the cartoon Predrag Koraksić Koraks, according to N1.
There is no fear among the Koraks, but they think that anything is possible, and that after the authorities set their sights on them, someone will really think that they are a legitimate target.
"I was thinking about how I could ironically present the whole story about NIN, and I did that. What can I tell you, I'm going to continue drawing, and Mr. President Vučić, he's going to open roads and shut down whistleblowers," he says. Corax.

While the president plans to open new roads, the defense minister worries about his safety.
"The front page calling for the assassination of President Vučić is intended to make every threat meaningless, to make it unimportant, but to ultimately lead to murder," assesses Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin.
As per command, other ruling politicians, as well as some from the opposition, had their own message for Danas.
"You don't have to try any more. We realized the extent of Dragan Đilas' idiocy, stupidity and hatred," tweeted the mayor of Novi Sad, Miloš Vučević.
"The weekend edition of Danas, the bottom of the bottom cashed out and released from the chain," wrote on Twitter the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party Čedomir Jovanović.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dacic, assesses that the cover of Danas is "a reflection of a sick mind, which was created by the constant callous calls of some of the opposition parties and their leaders to violence and extremism".
The editor of Danas replies that only the Islamic State and the SNS (Serbian Progressive Party headed by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić) perceive caricatures as dangerous, writes N1.
But it was not only Danas cartoons that attracted attention. However, the content also succeeded. Danas received a letter from the law firm Ninković, on behalf of the company GIM, in which a lawsuit is announced if they continue to report on that company, because they "publish information that can be considered a business secret".
Television N1 also received a similar letter.
"It's obvious that the authorities are confused about what to do with that Krusik, so they hired a law firm that is actually playing the prosecutor's office. And instead of the prosecutor's office investigating what the whistleblower says, now a law firm is playing the prosecutor's office and wants to direct the media on how to write ", says Danas editor Dragoljub Draža Petrović, writes N1.
"I am not a lawyer for either Krušik or GIM, let them answer each other themselves. After all, I am always a supporter of everyone going to court. I think that the court is the best place to determine what is and what is not true." says Minister of the Interior Nebojša Stefanović, with whose father the whole Krušik affair is connected.
Stefanović says that the prosecutor should determine whether there was a disclosure of business secrets.
"I don't know what it would be called, for example, in America, Britain, Germany or another country, when one of the company's employees presents information concerning that company, concerning, for example, business characteristics, characteristics of the weapons that are being made, and elsewhere that information goes," Stefanović answers.
N1: But here we are talking about the text in which it is stated that the police sold weapons to GIM.
Stefanovic: I'm just saying, I don't know how...
N1: And you are the head of the police.
Stefanovic: I'm just saying, I don't know how that would qualify in those countries.
